2. Pre-Release Status

Our service is currently in pre-release and under active development. Features, functionality, and user interfaces may change without notice. While we strive to provide a stable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or data persistence during this phase.

3. Planned Public Release

The first official public release of Blocks-Labs is planned for 2026. This initial release will include a limited set of features with basic support. Additional features and enhanced support options will be rolled out progressively following the public launch.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Blocks-Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. Payments and Pricing

Pricing for Blocks-Labs services is subject to change before the official public release. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. Early-access pricing and availability may vary by region. We will provide advance notice of any significant pricing changes that affect existing users.

6. Feature Availability

Not all features may be available at launch or across all subscription plans. Some advanced features may be introduced in later updates or reserved for higher-tier plans. We will clearly communicate feature availability and any plan-specific limitations through our documentation and pricing pages.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or manage through Blocks-Labs. We do not claim any rights to your content. However, during the beta phase, we strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your data. While we implement industry-standard security measures, data loss or corruption may occur during active development.

8. Attendee Data Ownership

Event organizers using Blocks-Labs are responsible for managing the personal information they collect from their attendees.

Blocks-Labs acts as a service provider, storing and processing attendee data securely on behalf of the organizer.

Attendees retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable laws and the organizer’s privacy policy.

We do not sell or share attendee data with third parties for marketing purposes. All attendee data is handled in accordance with Blocks-Labs’ privacy and security standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blocks-Labs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pre-release period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blocks-Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Feedback and Improvements

We welcome and encourage your feedback during this development phase. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by Blocks-Labs to improve the product without any obligation to compensate you. Your input helps us build a better platform for everyone.
